He should have to go to a home, or even military school, but not prison! As teenagers we are still growing and developing and although certain laws can seem unfair to some. For example I wish I could get my lisence sooner. Anyway we're still developing so we should'nt be consuming large quantities of alcohol. Nor should we be going to prison. People do stupid things when they're young and when it comes down to these issues it's not really dependant on something being legal. It's dependant on something being ethical. Just because drinking is illegal dosen't mean I can't go get drunk at a party, it happens all the time. Personally I would'nt now, nor would I if it was legal! That's only my opinion, I think laws should be based off of ethics, and should'nt go against our constitution.
