Libertarian Rock believes that you should be allowed to take control of your life and reap the consequences, both good and bad, of your actions. The government should not interfere with your decisions as long as they do not result in the theft of another's property or the constraint of another's person's freedom.
We did not arrive at these beliefs on our own. Authors such as Frederic Bastiat, Ayn Rand, and Jane Jacobs explained that most politicians fundamentally do not care about your well being. Instead, they want to steal the product of your efforts, dictate your lifestyle, and also use you as a guinea pig in their latest, governmental scheme.
Therefore, we created a bookstore to recommend these and other authors who will free you from your government school's intellectual swamp and guide you toward the firm ground of Libertarian thought.
