Activists have Constitutional rights As a political activist, you must know your rights. No one can stop you from peacefully distributing political literature on public property. Public property includes all parks, sidewalks, streets, etc. The people who patrol theses areas may try to stop you but don't listen to them. Only stop if they arrest you and then sue your city. |
